Join a growing multi-specialty outpatient practice. Located on a campus with a Level III Trauma Center, clinics, EMS Training Center, Urgent Care, full lab, and radiology services. Minimal shared call among regional Primary Care Physicians. Flexible scheduling with a private practice model approach. Robust Hospitalist program eliminates the need for admissions and rounding. No restrictions on procedures customize your practice to your preferences. Admitting hospitals include Hospital and Trauma Center. Opportunity to be involved with the Family Medicine Residency Program.
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive base salary guarantee (MGMA-based) leading to incentive-based compensation. Paid CME, malpractice coverage, and licensure. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for physician and family. 100% match on 4% retirement plan contribution, plus an additional discretionary 2%. Short-term and long-term disability insurance fully covered by Mercyhealth. 20 days of PTO + 5 additional days for CME. Sign-on bonus and student loan forgiveness available.
