The Practice
• 100% outpatient care with patient volumes designed for quality over quantity
• 4-day workweek + 6 weeks of PTO = more time to live your life
• Work in a brand-new $20M healthcare campus equipped with cutting-edge technology
• Be part of a highly respected team of 20+ primary care physicians known for collaborative culture
• Optional leadership opportunity: Oversee a team of APPs at our Illinois clinic with $325K base
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $280K-$300K, negotiable based on experience
• Productivity model with proven earnings of $330K-$350K+
• Sign-on bonus, residency stipend, 403b + 457 plans, H1B support
• Full benefits package including CME, malpractice, and relocation support
