Job description
We are seeking a board-certified Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join our team for an initial 3-month assignment. Enjoy a predictable schedule with no call, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care to our valued senior population.
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient setting
- A majority of the patient population is aged 65+
- Support staff consists of nurse practitioners, medical assistants, and registered nurses
Schedule Details:
- Monday- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility for a 4-day workweek
- No call requirements
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 30 days
Cases & Procedures:
- Traditional primary care for older adults, including:
- Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Mild cognitive impairment, CHF, and a history of coronary artery disease
- No procedures performed
