Position Details:
Patient Population: Adults, including those with chronic diseases and multiple medical concerns
Setting: Outpatient department
Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat medical problems, manage chronic disease, offer comprehensive care
Required Procedures: General internal medicine procedures
EMR System: Not specified
Support Staff: Collaborative office with various services in the same facility
Days Per Month: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
On-Call/Weekends: Call every 6th week from Monday-Monday (phone calls only)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years) or Board Certified in Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
- MI license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
- Visa support required for J1 or H1B - REQUIRED
