Position Details Full-time, permanent Outpatient Only Flexible schedule; Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or five 8 hour days, Monday thru Friday Four year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation. 72 patient per week via clinical encounters Dax AI Epic EMR 9 county service area (625,000) International airport in Medford Compensation Details Year 1 Base Salary = $300,000 Year 2 & beyond - Annual performance inventives $50.20/wRVU in excess of 6,00 Annual Productive Bonus Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment (Primary Care Loan Forgiveness - [Register to View] ) Signing Bonus: $60,000 15K relocation 5K CME 240 hours PTO Full Health, Dental, Vision, Retirement About the Group Not-for-Profit Servicing 625K resident Location Medford, Oregon is a lovely, picturesque city in Southern Oregon, situated in the Rogue Valley between the Cascade and the Siskiyou mountains.
