We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Internal Medicine in Colorado.

Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: 4 days clinic + 1 admin day (remote); Call ratio 1:10 (phone only)
Start Date: Open
End Date: Permanent
Position Details:
- Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric (14-16/day)
- Setting: Clinic-based
- Responsibilities: Outpatient care, integrated behavioral health support, and shared on-call duties
- Required Procedures: General Internal Medicine care
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: Care team model with RN and clinical MAs
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $238K-$264K annually
- Incentives: Quality/productivity bonus (if applicable)

Requirements:
