We are seeking a Permanent Physician - Primary Care in Pennsylvania.

Permanent Physician - Primary Care

Position Details:
Patient Population: All ages (pediatrics to geriatrics)
Setting: Outpatient primary care
Responsibilities: Traditional outpatient practice, no rounding or nursing homes, 15-20 patients per day, shared on-call rotation
Required Procedures: Outpatient prenatal care, general primary care services
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: Full medical and administrative support, onsite laboratory services, ACO clinical wraparound support
Days Per Month: 36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours per week
On-Call/Weekends: Shared on-call rotation, no weekend requirements

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED
• Pennsylvania license (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice - REQUIRED
• DEA (or ability to obtain) - REQUIRED
• 2+ years of Primary Care experience (not including residency) - REQUIRED
• Experience with all ages (pediatrics to geriatrics) - REQUIRED
• Available to start by February 2025 - REQUIRED
• Not accepting visa candidates
• Not accepting locum candidates

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $265,000 plus incentive
