Seeking BC/BC Primary Care Physician to join team in Redding, California
Overview:
Employment: Hospital-owned medical group
Specialty: Outpatient Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
Practice Setting: Multi-specialty group
Procedures: Usual Office-Based Family Practice Procedures
Clinic Location: Campus or satellite clinics 10-15 minutes away from the hospital
Academic Opportunity Available
Work Schedule: 4-day work week (10 hours per day), No weekends
Call Schedule: At least 7 days per month
Patient Load: Around 20-24 patients per day
Salary Range: $220,000 to $250,000 per year
Compensation: Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
Additional Benefits:
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
- Relocation Allowance: $10,000 Estimated pay range/amount is $212,243 to $329,968.
