- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-430p (30)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient- Firefighter Physicals
- Scope of Work: Firefighter Physicals
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: MUST be Board Certified, active PA licensure, BLS and DEA
- EMR: paper charting
- Pay Rate Preferred: $105-$115
