Schedule/Availability Requirements:
- As soon as credentialed must commit to minimum of 3+ months
- Will join clinic of existing 5-6 IM docs and 2 APPs
Assignment:
- Shift times: Weekdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Frequency: Monday - Friday
- Looking for a physician who can provide consistent coverage over a few months
Details:
- Setting: Primary Care
- FTE: Full Time
- # Providers Needed: 1
- Duties: Primary Care - General
- Required Procedures: Not required, whatever the physician feels comfortable with
- EMR: Cerner
- Support Staff: RN or LVN on site/own MA
- Reason for Coverage: Physician retiring.
- Deal Breakers? not being available M-F and needs to be able to provide consistent coverage over a few months
- Additional Questions:
- Admissions per day, Patients per day: Outpatient only, about 16-18 patients per day
American Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active California license and DEA
