A well-established Medical Group is seeking full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join a growing group in the South Bay Area. There are several practice locations available Agoura Hills, West Hills, Hawthorne, Manhattan Beach and Torrance!

This is a tight-knit, family-oriented group where you will focus on outpatient care alongside 11 healthcare professionals. The position offers an excellent weekday-only schedule with light call duties among the other providers. Be part of a highly compassionate and supportive team at an exceptional outpatient clinic serving patients in southern California.

  • Monday to Friday schedule; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm or you can work 4 (8/hr days)
  • Outpatient care only
  • 1:10 call schedule
  • Full benefits package that includes malpractice and health benefits. Shareholder ship available as well as an outstanding pension plan.
  • This group qualifies for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs
  • Compensation is between $250,00 and $305,000 per year

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to other factors.


They offer a full spectrum of fully integrated care with a strong base of adult primary care physicians, pediatricians and OBGYNs, a broad range of adult specialties including cardiology, endocrinology, GI, neurology and rheumatology, five urgent care centers, a hospitalist team, post-acute ambulatory and SNF care, and pharmacist and behavioral health.
