Job Details and Requirements:

• Start Date - May 2024
• End Date - Ongoing
• EMR: EPIC
  
• Board Certification: BC or BE
• Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8-hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
• DEA: Active WA DEA required
• Minimum Experience Required: MUST have a clean background. No malpractice will be considered.
  
• Certifications Required: This will be discussed at the time of credentialing. If any certs are required, the provider will be responsible for obtaining them. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
• Must be COVID and flu vaccinated
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

Work Details and Skills:

• Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapist, and dietitian, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards.
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40 hours/week.
• Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 21 patients. May be less depending on cancellations, etc, but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast-paced.
• Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. The provider should be comfortable working with all ages
• Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
• Skills Required: Expected to hit the ground running. There will be a 1 week ramp-up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting
  

Pay Package:

Hourly on 1099: $110/hr + Travel + lodging + malpractice coverage
