Client seeks Physician for contract assignment starting July 24-August 14 at their Corporate Health clinic in Fort Wayne, IN. Provider will serve as Medical Director and see adult patients for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday with a 30-minute lunch break, and 10:00am-7:00pm on Wednesday with a 60-minute lunch break. Physician will work with MA, NP, RN, and Receptionist, and clinic sees 8-10 patients per day. Dress code is business casual or black scrubs. Provider must have 5+ years of clinical experience to qualify for this assignment.
