Full-time or part-time opportunity for a well-trained BC/BE primary care (family medicine or internal medicine) physician who is interested in joining a highly respected physician-owned, adult medicine practice in Silver Spring, Maryland.We are looking for a provider to help our services offered with the Montgomery County Homeless Shelters.

• Our practice provides medical care to the Montgomery County Homeless shelters
• The homeless shelters schedule is Tuesdays from 8:30-12 on and all day Thursday; our regular clinic schedule can be very flexible and can include telemedicine from home
• Spanish speaking a plus, but not required (our staff is bilingual)
• Unique opportunity for a physician interested in partnership/ownership
• Full-time preferred, part-time schedule will be considered, with compensation supported by the county
• Utilize state-of-the-art services including population health management and opportunities for telemedicine, ACO distribution, desirable payor contracts
• Opportunity for teaching local residents from Howard University if desired
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
