***Primary Care Physician Opportunity opening in Albany, Oregon*** **Position Details:** - Located in Albany, OR - Corvallis 20m, Salem 25m, Eugene 50m - Full-time, permanent position - 16-18 patients per day, with longer scheduled time to see patients to increase quality of care - Two care teams made up of 1 MD/DO, 2 APCs, and MA, Behavioral Health, Psychiatry, Clinical Pharmacist, RN, Care Coordinator, Community Health Worker, and Front Office support. - Typical cases/patients are adult IHN patients, typically with multiple diagnosis and complex, with a mix of healthy adult patients.
