***Internist opportunity in Helena and Great Falls, Montana*** - Located in multiple locations: Great Falls, MT; 160 miles from Missoula Helena, MT: 115 miles from Missoula **Position Details** - Seeking an Internist to join our dedicated, close-knit team! - Current practice comprised of 6 physicians, 3 APPs, an Endocrinologist, a Rheumatologist and 2 Infectious Disease Physicians - Clinic has an outpatient Infusion Suite (non-chemo) with pharmacy support - Robust staff support in the clinic including: - 22 clinical staff members, a prescription nurse, dieticians, diabetic educators and phlebotomists to ensure a smooth and efficient practice environment - 11 office staff for scheduling and follow up - Clinical RN manager located on the floor - Clinic is open and staffed Monday Friday 7:30 5:30 pm but schedule is flexible part time (2-3 days) and full time (4-5 days) opportunities are available based on practice desires - Although # of patients per day is flexible, our providers typically see 18-25 patients daily given preference and complexity on their individual and unique schedules - Call is very minimal as most calls are taken through hospitalist teams - Opportunity to participate in a future internal medicine residency program, if desired **Compensation and Benefits** - Competitive salary + bonus structure, 8 weeks paid time off - Generous sign-on / relocation bonus - Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues - 5-7% retirement match + 457b program - Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional development - Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues **Great Falls Community Information** - Populated with 60,000 residents and regionally supports nearly 260,000 rural Montana residents - Nationally-ranked public schools and two accredited colleges - Is equidistant from Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park - Boasts four genuine seasons and blue skies over 300 days a year - Has an international airport with direct flights to Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle and more - Divided by the Missouri River, a world-class fly fishing and watersport destination - Dominated by agriculture and outdoor adventure including, camping, hiking, horseback riding, water & snow skiing, rock & ice climbing, boating, off-road motorsports, upland bird, waterfowl, and big game hunting
