Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key PCP on our clinical team, delivering exceptional care to complex Medicare/Medicaid patients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in complex care, chronic care, and primary care as an MD/DO.
• Active Board Certification or Board Eligibility.
