Shift: Monday-Friday, Days
Job Description:
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Call Ratio- 1:5
- Reason for need: Growth, looking to add 2 physicians to the group to make a total of 6
- 25-bed critical access hospital
- 15-20 patients seen per day
- Adult Medicine: 18+
- Provider would report to Practice Leader/SVP HR
Only Requirements:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Active NH license
- 2-5 years of IM clinical experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- $200K-$275K base wage depending on experience (RVU upside opportunity)
- Sign-on bonus of $20K
- Up to $10K in relocation assistance
- Student Loan repayment and payout schedule: $20K per year for 2+ years depending on contract length
- Retirement Program: 403B - 3% match; 457B
- Health/Dental/Vision: Yes and family is covered - begins first of the month after the date of hire
- PTO/Holidays: 30 days
