Walk right into a full panel, with a clinic who focuses on quality vs. volume, seeing no more that 17 patients in a 8 hour shift. This 3 clinic system is looking to add 1-2 FM or IM trained physicians as their team is expanding. Location, lifestyle, and compensation make this one of the best gigs open in the area. Multi Specialty Group Employee, Outpatient only. M-F, no weekends. Quality Bonus production incentives. Base salary ranging from $280k-$340k based on expereince . HMO model, focused on quality vs. quantity . Current providers are pulling in additional $40k-$60k per year in bonuses. 3 clinic system that has been established the area for over 40 years . Must be CA licensed and have a minimum of 2 years of practice experience .
