Looking for an Primary Care Physician. It is a six month contract with option to extend.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct daily physician rounds.
- Administer medical treatments.
- Oversee laboratory tests and results.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine preferred, but will consider Family Practice as well.
- Valid Illinois State Physician License and Federal DEA registration.
- Enrollment as a provider in Illinois State Medicaid and Medicare.
- HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
- No afterhours calls required.
- Weekend rounds every alternating Saturday.
- On weekends requiring rounds, the physician will skip one weekday (Monday) shift.
- Flexible scheduling arrangements to accommodate patient needs and team coverage.
