As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physician specializing in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to provide comprehensive primary care services to our patients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our healthcare team, delivering exceptional care while fostering a positive and supportive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  2. Conduct thorough medical assessments, order diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of patients.
  3. Maintain accurate and timely medical records, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and integrated patient care.
  5. Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote wellness and empower patients to make informed decisions about their healthcare.
  6. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects to enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.
  7. Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Medical degree from an accredited medical school.
  2. Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  3. Valid Texas medical license or willingness to obtain.
  4. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in primary care services.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
