TeamHealth physicians play a key role in medication management including reduction and reconciliation as necessary, complete all federally mandated visits including initial H&Ps, Medicare required visits, and acute and follow up visits as medically necessary. As a TeamHealth physician you work collaboratively with each patient?s care team to implement an individualized plan of care that meets the patient?s goals. We provide you with template progress notes that include HPI, current medications, general exam, and review of systems, assessments and treatments by diagnosis to allow you to manage your time and have work/life balance.

We ask that you be board certified in family medicine (FM) or internal (IM) medicine, have a passion to serve active older adults, and a desire to lead in a medical director role.
