- Blocked Scheduling
- Procedures not required
- 25 bed open ICU with 24/7 intensivist
- Hospitalists do not run rapid response or codes
- No call
- EMR is power chart by cerner
- Open ICU with support
- 10 daytime physicians and 2 physicians on night shift
- 8-12 admissions per night
- H1B visas welcome
