Looking for a setting you can call home? Work with a dedicated IM group for an independent system offering exceptional care across a wide range of specialties. With strong leadership, modern facilities and dedicated clinical support staff this position has what you need to practice your way.
• Collegial group looking for a motivated physician to join a community centered practice.
• 100% outpatient practice with dedicated APPs, excellent administrative support and modern facilities and equipment.
• Moderate 1:3 call with no hospital call.
• 4 1/2-day work week and 7+ weeks off year 1.
• Physician retirement allows you to step into an established patient panel.
Compensation Details:
• Competitive, guaranteed base salary year 1 and 2 plus wRVU production bonus up to 80K.
• Ownership track after year two with moderate buy-in, significant wRVU bonus and total compensation well above MGMA median.
• Comprehensive benefits with extraordinary retirement contribution, CME stipend and malpractice insurance with tail.
• Signing bonus, relocation stipend plus additional incentives.
