- Hours: 40 hour work week with some on call by phone in the evenings and weekends

- Call Schedule: Phone Only Call: Evenings and Weekends. Call is triaged by an answering service and NP/PAs in certain locations

- Compensation: - Salary starting at $250,000 based on experience BC/BE - Quarterly bonuses -Sign-on bonus available based on years of experience

DETAILS: -Every new employee will undergo a 3-week minimum training program to properly acclimate them to the Access Health Care practice model. Additional training provided as needed -All sites are supported by an office and MA team, along with an Operations Management team to assist with administrative duties and metric evaluation - EMR: eClinicalWorks and Caretracker -The idea candidate must be coachable and open to training in order to be successful within our organization.
