Start Date:ASAP (90 day credentialing)
Contract Length: 3 months - locums to perm candidates only
Shift Details: 4 shifts, Monday-Thursday, 8-4 or 9-5 ?
Work Details:
- Bread and butter outpatient care
- We need a perm hire, so we are looking for someone to do locums to perm
- Rural health setting
- Will be seeing: medicare, insurance, and private insurance patients
- There will be 2 APPs on site
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
Board Certification: BC or BE. If Board eligible they will need to obtain certification within 5 years of residency.
State license required: Client will license. California.
DEA: Required
Minimum experience required:Prefers experience (3+ years) but will look at new grads
Credentialing Timeframe:90 days
Willing To License: YES
