**Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity - Littleton, NH**
**Job Description:**
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Call Ratio: 1:5
- Reason for Need: Growth, looking to add 2 physicians to the group (total of 6)
- Facility: 25-bed critical access hospital
- Patients Seen: 15-20 per day
- Patient Demographics: Adult Medicine (18+)
- Reporting to: Practice Leader/SVP HR
- Not accepting Locums candidates
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Base Wage: 200K-275K (depending on experience) with RVU upside opportunity
- Sign-On Bonus: 20K
- Relocation Assistance: Up to 10K
- Student Loan Repayment: 20K per year for 2+ years (depending on contract length)
- Retirement Program: 403B - 3% match; 457B
- Health/Dental/Vision: Yes, family coverage begins the first month after the date of hire
- PTO/Holidays: 30 days
- CME Days: 5
**Requirements:**
- 2-5 years of IM clinical experience - REQUIRED
