- Work Dates Needed: Dates will vary from month to month with an avg. of 50 shifts per month in the Greater Houston area. Local Candidates highly preferred but may consider travel.
- Preferred Schedule: Mostly Mon-Fri (from 4-8 hours long) with occasional Sat shifts available.
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (FQHC Facility)
- Scope of Work: Primary clinical responsibilities will include the evaluation, treatment, and management of Adult patients (18 years+). Requesting care for acute issues which may also include screenings for all chronic diseases.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: TX Medical License, BLS, DEA. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Provider shall obtain, maintain, and participate in the Medicare and Medicaid Programs, workers’ compensation, other federal and state reimbursement programs, and the payment plan of any commercial insurer, health maintenance organization, preferred provider organization, accountable health plan, and other health benefit program.
- EMR: EPIC training will be provided with the option for those w/recent EPIC experience to test out.
