A well-respected, well-run FQHC near New Haven is seeking a primary care provider to become Lead Physician at one of its clinics. This is a superb opportunity for a physician seeking their first leadership role: you’ll continue to devote much of your time to patients while growing alongside an amazing organization.

• Preference for 2-5 years’ experience or Chief Resident; however, leadership qualities are more important than experience. • 2024 Residents are too far out currently • Specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or MedPed

- Base salary range of $230,000 to $250,000 pending experience
- Leadership opportunity: 80/20 clinical/leadership
- Established, well-run FQHC
- $2,500 and 5 days for CME
- $20,000 signing bonus
- Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
