Atlanta Area Primary Care Physician Opportunity

Practice Type:
- 100% Outpatient Primary Care
- Part of a multi-specialty group including Orthopedics, Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Allergy & Immunology

Group Size & Structure:
- 17 Primary Care Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners
- Support ratio: 1 Medical Assistant per 8 patients, up to 3 MAs per provider
- Physician-led organization

Facilities & Equipment:
- Main office fully equipped with lab, PT, pharmacy, x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, CT, and full cardiac testing
- Multiple locations in North Atlanta suburbs

Typical Schedule:
- Clinic hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM (1-hour lunch break from 1-2 PM)
- Weekend hours: Saturday 10 AM - 4 PM, Sunday 10 AM - 2 PM
- Physicians work 32 clinical hours (4 days per week), plus one weekend a month
- Total weekly hours: 35-43 (including weekend and administrative work)
- Alternative schedules can be arranged depending on need and location

- Base salary based on experience
- Additional productivity-based earnings from the second year
