* $300k+ earning potential
* 100% Outpatient
* 18-24 patients/day
* 4-day work week
* EMR - EPIC
* supported by numerous medical specialists, working alongside a great team of providers
* full range diagnostic laboratory, on-site pharmacy and imaging services

Financials
* Base salary $300K
* Sign-on and Relocation Allowance
* CME allowance
* 4 weeks of PTO, 1 week for CMEs and 6 holidays
