In addition to their traditional weekday clinic operations, they also offer a medical walk-in facility that’s open on the weekends and where they see patients for urgent medical care. They have on-site x-ray, phlebotomy, and lab services. They are hiring due to the upcoming retirement of a long-tenured physician.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This is a standard outpatient primary care role, in which the physician will be responsible for overall provision of care to patients.
The current patient base is 95% ages 18 and up. If the new provider would like to expand the pediatric patient population, the practice is happy to accommodate that.
The practice is open to a part-time schedule of 2 or 3 days per week or a full-time schedule of 4 or 5 days per week. The majority of current providers work a 4-day schedule.

- patient evaluations

- patient education
- chronic disease management
- preventative medicine
