Unique opportunity for a primary care/internal medicine physician to join a well-known concierge medicine practice
* Fabulous location in gorgeous lower Connecticut River Valley town 1/2 way between NYC and Boston 30 min from Long Island Sound
* Retiring physician would transition new provider and share call
* New provider would initially have a 300 patient panel with approx 95% of whom are 65+ with goal of adding another provider upon senior physician retirement bringing updated patient to 600 per provider with overall age 50+
* Occasional home visits
* Extremely low stress position
