- Health system in beautiful CT River Valley seeks concierge physician to take over for retiring Provider.
- Retiring physician would transition new provider and share call initially
New provider would initially have a 450-patient panel , approximately 95% of whom are 65+ with long term goal of adding another provider upon senior physician retirement - Occasional home visits and nursing home/independent living/retirement community patients
- Provider should be available as needed via cellphone
