Location:
Peru is a city in, and the county seat of, Miami County, Indiana, United States. It is 73 miles north of Indianapolis. The population was 11,073 at the 2020 census, making it the most populous community in Miami County. Peru is located along the Wabash River and is part of the Kokomo-Peru Combined Statistical Area.
The Hospital is a 25 bed critical access hospital that provides inpatient and outpatient care.Accredited by the Joint Commission and part of the Lutheran Health Network, a variety of services are offered including diagnostic imaging such as MRI, CT, and Nuclear, medical and surgical care, womens obstetrical center, sleep lab, full-service laboratory, and 24 hour emergency care. It is also an accredited chest pain and stroke center, in addition to a full scope of other medical care expertise within the Lutheran Health Network.
