Primary Care Physician – Central Tennessee
- Location: Central Tennessee, near lakes and with convenient Nashville Airport access.
- Practice Type: Predominant outpatient primary care with optional inpatient opportunity.
- Group Size: Committed team including LPN, Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and Administrator.
- Structure:
- Primary focus on outpatient care with the option for inpatient work for additional compensation.
- Flexible schedule autonomy.
- Schedule: 4-day workweek for work-life balance.
- Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day in the outpatient setting.
- Support Staff: Advanced Practice Providers handle walk-ins.
- Compensation:
- $325k base w/ 4 days per week (or 3-day work week)
- wRVU bonus structure for additional earnings beyond the base salary.
- EMR: AthenaHealth.
- Facilities: Equipped with X-ray, CLIA waived labs, EKG, and essential primary care tools.
