Physician leadership opportunity with a full service, health care system comprised of over 50 practice locations.
The Organization:
The Organization:
- Become part of a full-service, healthcare system with over 50 office locations in the Gulf Coast region.
- Services offered include adult and senior primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, behavioral health, dental, vision care and more.
- Lead a provider staff of 250 physicians and 150 advanced practitioners.
- Oversee all medical services while providing leadership and vision to the entire provider staff.
- 80% Admin and 20% Clinical
- Responsible for hiring, managing, and evaluating Medical Directors and provider staff.
- Work closely with the Executive Director, CFO, and COO to establish protocols and execute annual budgets.
- Key leader in the implementation of the Patient-Centered Medical Home project.
- Work with community leaders to address any emerging health needs.
