Reason for coverage: Leave of absence
Schedule: Full-time
Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p (one hour for lunch)
Call: none
Patient volume: approximately 18 ppd
Scope: All ages or adult only. Outpatient primary care (HMO panel with optum 30% pts, as well as about 70% commercial)
EMR: Epic (experienced required)
Affiliated Hospital: 800 beds, level I trauma center
Group/support: MA support
