Details:
Monday-Friday (8a-5p)
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
FTE: 1.0
Duties: Management of adult outpatients for chronic disease, wellness care, and management of acute patient needs.
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: 1 Clinical Support Staff (LPN or Medical Assistant)
Reason for coverage: Vacation and Vacancy
No inpatient work - clinic sees about 18 patients per day.
First day info - Will meet with clinic manager for orientation the morning of first shift.
Deal Breakers: Not available for dates.
