Job Description:
Candidates must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and have 3+ years' experience in practicing IM
Our team includes three physicians and three APPs, one being a diabetes specialist.
Two behavioral health specialists are embedded within the primary care space.
Enjoy a four-day work week.(+ on call - phone only and shared amongst large group)
Call is phone-only and shared amongst a large group.
X-ray and lab draw on site.
EPIC EMR utilized system-wide.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this full-time position is $249,000-$277,000 annually. If applicable, a quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered.
Relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
