Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group is a 600+ Provider Group with over 100 locations. We are physician lead and mission driven. We are currently expanding and have multiple Primary Care opportunities in the Baton Rouge, LA area and surrounding communities.

Founded in 1993, Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group has quickly grown to more than 600 providers with nearly 100 locations in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. Exceeding 35,000 inpatients and 650,000 outpatients annually, OLOLPG is continuously evaluating the needs of the community and expanding its physician and specialty base to meet the expectations of our growing population.

Position Highlights:
- Outpatient practice with phone call only to ensure work-life balance
- Innovative compensation model - On average, our primary care physicians are earning $300,000+ annually
- Flexible scheduling may be available depending on location
- On-Site Clinical Care Partners to support your quality outcomes
- Excellent benefits package with company contribution to 403(b)
- License and Board Certification fees reimbursed
- $4,000 CME allowance
- Residency Stipend, Sign-On Bonus, and Relocation Allowance offered
- 31 Days of time off allowed per year
