Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking an Internist or a Family Medicine Physician (Practice Monitor) to fill an opening with a Primary Care Practice located in Queens, New York

Requirements of the Internist/Family Medicine Physician:

• Must have an active State License
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Primary Care

Benefits of the Internist/Family Medicine Physician:

• The salary for this position is $2,000 / 20 charts
• Benefits are competitive and negotiable

Schedule of the Internist/Family Medicine Physician:

• This is a Part-time position
• This is once a month on-site visit (1 entire day)

Responsibilities of the Internist/Family Medicine Physician:

• Perform once a month on-site visit to the practice
• Review a designated number of records (no fewer than 20) including patient records, prescribing information and office records to determine that the practice meets accepted standards of Medical Care.
• The visit includes observation of the practice
