- Ability to see all ages or adults only
- Client is seeking two providers
- Reason for need: brand new office
- ASAP-onward
- Multispecialty group location
- Site will be open Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Outpatient only
- No call
- See 18-21 patients per day
- Last patient is scheduled at 4:30p
- Urgent care shifts call requirement: One (1) UC shift per month either on a Saturday or Sunday, 9a-6p + 1 holiday shift each year
- Looking for physicians with some post training experience
- Large organization that has multiple locations throughout Los Angeles and Orange County

- Organization Information:
- Large healthcare organization in Southern California
- Annual base salary of $265,000 plus performance based compensation
- Incentives are based on wRVU productivity, Value-Based Performance, Panel Size, Risk Adjustment Factor)
- If these Performance-Base Compensation adds up to be more than $265,000 you’d get the difference - for example, if total $275,000 you’d get $10,000 in performance bonus
- 4.5 day work week
