Opportunity Details:
• Mostly outpatient primary care practice at a Rural Health Clinic seeing 16-20 patients per day
• Work alongside 11 primary care physicians and APPs in a collaborative care model using a Medical Home approach to care
• Full-time is 32 patient contact hours a week
• This is an organization that cares about clinician well being. From dedicated RN in-basket support to Zen Den, onsite fitness center, walking trail and more!
• The critical access hospital (Level III Trauma) and encompasses 72,000 square feet and is undergoing an expansion to double in size

Compensation and Benefits Details:
• Two-year base compensation of $300K + wRVU production bonus
• $200K recruitment incentives
• $15K relocation assistance
