THE OPPORTUNITY
- Join a team of 10 Primary Care physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians in a collaborative care model.
- Full scope outpatient and inpatient practice
- 4-day work week
- Epic EMR
- "New Physician" mentoring program

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- 200K recruitment incentive package
