Your Role with the Company: Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine

• Monday – Friday, light call (about 4 times/yr)
• Outpatient setting seeing 15-20 patients a day
• Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine Physician will be seeing an underserved patient population
• One doctor and 2 NP’s at each site.
• Monday-Friday - 8:00-4:30
• Stark County Ohio, primarily at one location, currently have two in Canton and one in Massillon (about 20 minutes from Canton)

Background Profile: Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine

• Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Eligible for OH Medical License
• At least 1 year of physician experience post residency preferred.
