- Maternity Leave Coverage
- Monday through Thursday Coverage
Candidate Requirements:
- Active Michigan Licensure Required
- Minimum Board Status: Board Certified/Board Eligible (Will consider Family medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians)
- Required Certification: BLS
Job Details:
- Average Number of Patients per Day: 20
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
- Provider will not work solo
- Locum provider will not be required to supervise APP
- Number of Exam rooms: 3
- No OB patients
- Services Available On-site: Laboratory, Urgent Care, Some Radiology
- EMR: Epic
- Emergency Supplies Available: AED
- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric
- Required General Procedures: EKG Interpretation
- Required Medicine Procedures: Small outpatient procedure if physician is comfortable
- Required Pediatric Procedures: General Outpatient; Other physician is willing to see all pediatric patients if locum is not comfortable
- Est Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
- Client will reimburse for hotel and mileage
