A nationally accredited not-for-profit large health system in a Louisiana metropolitan area is seeking a BE/BC Internal Medicine Hospitalist to join its growing team of 70+ Hospitalists.
Opportunity
• First and longest continuous-running hospitalist program with a 91% retention rate
• 800+bed hospital with a Level I Trauma Center
• Reliable 7-on/7-off block schedule with advanced-planning flexibility
• Average daily rounding census per Hospitalist of 14-16 patients
• On-site Intensivist support
• EPIC EMR
• H-1B visa friendly
Compensation
• Hospital-employed with a 290K guaranteed base salary plus bonus potential
• Opportunity to moonlight for additional compensation
