- Completion of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency - Required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Maryland medical license, CDS & DEA license – Required
- Recent residency completion candidates welcome to apply

- Well established practice with a loyal patient population in a thriving community setting
- Supportive and well-trained office coordinator and medical assistants
- 2 RN Care Navigators to assist with post-hospital and ED follow up
- Local social worker to support behavioral health

- Patient centric and quality driven when approaching patient care. Involved with multiple value-based care programs (CareFirst PCMH, MDPCP, CIN) in which we have pivoted to be more pro-active in keeping our patients healthy instead of caring for patients after the fact.
