Join an experienced staff in northwest Ohio to supply outpatient services. You will join an experienced physician along with one certified CNP, with onsite care navigation, Cerner EMR, and a practice that is growing. Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. Telephone Consultation with 1:3 Call Ratio. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 . Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000. CME time and money available. Central location on I-75, 45 minutes south of Toledo and I-80.. $125,000 student loan repyament. Community: Global headquarters of Marathon Petroleum, Cooper Tire, and Whirlpool. Recognitions include: Top 100 rated hospital, award for one of 100 great community hospitals, best micropolitan community in the country seven straight years, best small city in NW Ohio, best hometown in NW Ohio, #2 in U.S. for dining.
